Can I use this voucher as a single traveller?

You can travel alone, but your personal contribution costs stay the same. You will pay for a double room as one person.

What if I want to travel to a specific city on a specific date?

We can not guarantee a certain destination or date. Booking is upon availability, which means that you can select destinations and dates as published on the online booking system.

What is the cost of my own contribution?

During the online booking process, you will be asked to pay €35,00 (M/L 30,00 GBP) per night for a double (2 guests) room. Besides this reservation cost, you may need to pay supplements if you have opted for extras such as full board, breakfast, etc…

What is included in my accommodation?

Every voucher code gives you two overnight stays at a hotel of choice. Some hotels will include breakfast as part of your stay.

What if my code does not work?

Check the validity of your code on your voucher: Is it older than 12 months?
Have you entered the code correctly and without typing in spaces?

What hotels can I book?

You can choose from over 600,000 hotels all over the world, including chains such as Accor Hotels, NH Hotels, Barcélo Hotels, Melia, Tryp, Ibis, Iberostar and many other individual hotels.

What if I would like to book multiple travellers?

Apart from booking your two standard travellers, you can also book a maximum of two extra co-travellers at reduced costs. You can also book additional services as part of your booking process, such as travel insurance, for instance.

What costs do I need to cover myself?

You need to pay your own Airport tax and reservation costs.
Airport tax is €40 and reservation cost is €5 per one-way flight, per person for all European flights. These can be paid at the time of making your reservation.
This means that, in total, you will pay for one or two persons respectively €90,00 (M/L 38,00 GBP) or €180,00 (M/L 76,00 GBP) for return flights.

Where can I redeem my return flight vouchers?

The Flight vouchers can only be redeemed on the website that is stated on your voucher, http://vuelo2.grupoincentivoregalo.com/, and this can only be done during the indicated booking periods.

What if I want to go to a specific city on a specific date?

We can not guarantee a specific destination or flight date prior to a booking period. You can only select available destinations and dates as published on the online booking system. We do guarantee a variety of top destinations to choose from.

Can I travel alone or book a one-way flight?

The Travel Discount Voucher Flight is for one or two persons. During the booking process, you also have the possibility to book two extra passengers against a competitive rate. This rate is determined by the destination you choose, and the availability of seats.
One-way flights are not available with this voucher.

What if my code does not work?

Check that you are using the correct booking period. Outside these periods, you can not acces the reservations website.
Have you entered your code correctly? Copying may have created a space that should not be there.

What if I want to book for more travellers?

The voucher may be used by one or two persons. If you want to travel with more than 2 persons, there is a possibility to book up to two co-travellers at reduced rates. You can also book additional extra services such as insurance and hotels.

Can I choose my accommodation and other options while booking?

Yes, you can. The booking procedure lets you select extra options such as luggage, accommodation, insurances, or destination categories. The costs of these extras will be shown during the booking process.

How much luggage can I take?

You can take 10 kg of luggage. You need to pay for additional luggage yourself. Current airline regulations always apply
